Nvidia Geforce 3 Ti 200, good for the latest games?
I come from a cheapo video card to a garage sale. So I have a Sempron 1.8, 1.5 GB of RAM and this card. "I can play any recent game with this card or I am limited to older games? What about half life 2?
NVIDIA GeForce 3 is a very old letter that uses AGP 4x The Very Best. I would say no more than 128 MB of video memory, and will not be able to use DirectX 9.0c. It is supported DirectX 8.0. So the answer is not simple, this graphics card will not be able to run the new games at all, as a matter of fact, I dare say not be able to run all the games that were released in the last four years, since most of these games require at least DirectX 9.0.
